A night in '52 when a warship was wrecked on St Ives beach

The warship, HMS Wave, was trying to shelter in the harbour from a storm when it got washed ashore. Everyone was saved and some residents still remember that night.

Paradise Park, 5 miles from St Ives has Parrots, Birds of Prey, Penguins, even some Red Panda cubs which have just been born. There is also a ball pit and other activities for children. A great day out.
